Lead Content Admin work virtually to support a variety of operational functions currently performed by Client Directors and Client Managers in the North America region. The Lead Content Administrator is a highly visible partner to leaders since the work that will perform has a direct impact to how service and clients and meets company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Desktop Publisher (background helping an operation to create pitchbooks, presentations and really understand a business operation)
  • Executive Operations Assistant (someone highly involved within an operations group)
  • Operations Manager (one who will not manage a team, but has the skills and experience to help build decks, presentations and provide input on business strategy)
  • Project Administrator (someone who has helped an operation with several projects and lead discussions, but also help assemble presentation content)

 Requirements: 

    • 5+ years’ experience a content coordinating role, managed teams of 15-20 people on project based business, and tight deadlines.
    • Background helping an operation to create pitchbooks, presentations and really understand a business operation.
    • Skilled and experience to help build decks, presentations and provide input on business strategy
    • Experience helping an operation with several projects and lead discussions, but also help assemble presentation content.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including client presentation experience, must be able to read, write and present in English Language.
