Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or business-related course
• Proven experience as a recruiter, with 1 to 2 years' experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
