Oscar is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with twenty (20) years’ professional experience gained locally and overseas.   He has a diverse experience managing different facets of HR such Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Policy Formulation, Change Management, Regulatory and Compliance, Employee Relations and Performance Management.

 

Oscar earned his Bachelor of Arts major in Literature from the University of the Philippines and completed his Bachelor of Laws in Far Eastern University.
