Accounting and Finance Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated Accounting and Finance Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring client and supplier contracts. He/she will also look after the validation of quotations to clients.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include the following:

• Validate consolidated progressive reports on a weekly basis
• Monitor submission of billing
• Check accuracy of billing files of account owners
• Ensure all needed attachments are available, otherwise follow-up should be made
• Issue accurate invoices with clients on a timely basis
• Respond to client billing inquiries, requests and feedback in a timely manner via email, phone or face-to-face
• Monitor client contracts
• Validate client quotations 
• Validate supplier billing charges after transaction validation of account owners
• Generates cash/check request for payment
• Validate the supplier contracts

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• With at least one (1) year's experience in logistics or finance
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
