About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Asset Mover for our Ilocos hub, who will be in charge of IT assets movement, specifically asset deployment, asset tagging, asset delivery (within the building) and gate pass processing for assets to be delivered outside the facility.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Asset movement (within the building/building to building) - Deployment of asset going to destination area and safeguarding asset/s at all times
- Asset tagging - Proper handling of asset/s at all times; placing of asset tag stickers on newly delivered assets
- Commissioning of assets - Placing of other asset stickers on newly delivered assets; bracket mounting of CPUs, including padlock installation on CPUs and cable harnessing of desktops; monitor stand installation
- PO asset deliveries - Delivering of asset to project user and carrying the item as well as the receiving logbook
- Gate pass processing - Securing gate pass forms from building admin for movement activity; seeking sign-off from workplace and building admin
- Storage room housekeeping - Proper stacking of assets according to prescribed stacking standards; garbage disposal from asset delivery packaging
- Submission of documents related to operations (log sheets, forms, reports, etc.)
- Prepare and submit DTR, overtime and the like to storekeeper for validation
- Coordinate with client regarding all transactions
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner via email, phone or face to face
- Ensure standard operating policies, processes, procedures are strictly followed
- Other tasks that entail physical movement of assets within scope of service offering
- Complete special assignment as assigned by storekeeper, operations manager and/or DBSA management
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
Qualifications:
- At least college level, vocational diploma or short course certificate in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing or logistics operations
- Physically fit and able to lift assets
- Good verbal and written communication skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the management to avoid errors in providing information and following instructions
- Good planning and time-management skills: Should be able to plan and execute schedule and routes that will promote job efficiency and service delivery
- Ability to work under pressure: Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
