Drake Business Services Asia Philippines Inc. is looking for an individual to fill the role of Benefits Coordinator. 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working with a US-based company providing general HR support to employees by voice, video and email
  • Experience in answering questions and serving as a resource for employees and managers on US benefits (i.e., new hire enrollments, qualified status changes, leaves, health benefits questions, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills as the role will require running enrollment and benefits compliance reports
  • Excellent oral, verbal communication skills 
  • Able to work night shift (US hours)
