HR Training and Engagement Officer

We’re looking for a highly motivated Training and Engagement Officer who will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training and engagement programs to employees in the organization. Additionally, this role will also take the lead on evaluating both the employees, the training programs and engagement activities to ensure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

This role's will have the following day-to-day duties:

• Design and develop training programs for employees.
• Deliver training programs to employees.
• Ensure that training programs are effective.
• Evaluate employees before and after training to determine the effectiveness of the training program.
• Collate and analyze employee feedback for use in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ensure that training programs and materials are up-to-date and relevant to the organization's needs.
• Ensure that all employees receive the appropriate training required to carry out their roles effectively.
• Provide coaching to employees who require further assistance with their roles.
• Develop training programs for managers on leadership practices that enhance employee engagement.
• Implement and oversee mentorship and peer recognition programs.
• Coordinate with managers and employees on improving employee satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain an open-door policy for employees to communicate with management.
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate and conduct employee engagement programs for employees
• Collaborate with operations and marketing department for engagement activities and brainstorming.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resource management or related field
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Expert in employee engagement programs
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• 3-5 years' experience in relevant field
• Willing to work onsite – Makati office
