Job description

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Specialist to support, plan and implement marketing activities. You will be working for a global business and providing marketing support to our network of APAC offices. As a member of the marketing team, you will work alongside the head of marketing to carry out our marketing plan across all Drake Business Services Asia locations.

Responsibilities

Working autonomously, you will be responsible for undertaking the following activities:

  • Developing and executing marketing activities in accordance with a global marketing plan/calendar
  • Social media management and execution - Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram
  • Building DBSA’s social media following across each of the aforementioned platforms
  • Working closely with the APAC management team to build out our content plan across our 6 APAC regions
  • Content marketing including social media, blog writing, quarterly newsletter and, case study development
  • Competitor and market research to ensure marketing material represent industry best practice
  • Development of sales and marketing materials
  • Provision of marketing support for DBSAs exhibition, conference, and event schedule
  • Brand management
  • Managing daily administrative tasks, including reporting and project management updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and GA4
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practice
  • Business level English
  • Strong social media skills, with proven ability to grow social networks and drive engagement across all channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to work closely with key stakeholders in each APAC office
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate with the global team
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Manilla based. Hybrid working arrangements will be negotiated with the successful applicant

  • Experience setting up AdWords/Facebook campaigns
  • Graphic design (Adobe Suite)
  • Experience with project management tools (ideally Monday.com)
