Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Creating business development materials for clients and prospective clients
- Designing compelling marketing collaterals to reinforce DBSA value proposition and assisting in organizing events
- Updating and maintaining marketing database (i.e., client and prospect client information)
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and analyze consumer behavior
- Assist in conducting due diligence in the client's premises and create layout and visual materials to be presented to clients
- Preparing sales proposals
- Generating reports on sales and marketing metrics
- Help in identifying marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Performing marketing calls
- Maintaining company website and social media accounts
- Preparing and delivering sales forecasting reports
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor’s sales and marketing activities
- Formulating customer retention plans
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably business administration/marketing management
- At least 1 year of work experience in marketing and sales management
- Strong knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and the management to avoid errors in providing information
- Organizational skills: Able to arrange meetings and presentation schedules
- Computer-savvy: Experienced in MS Office. Able to use the Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other marketing applications
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good people and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Multitasking: Can take on various tasks at the same time
- Independence: Ability to plan and manage work with minor supervision
- Ability to work under pressure: Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
