The Recruitment Coordinator performs full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions. As an in-house resource, the Recruitment Coordinator will help support the hiring needs of a national organization and may be assigned requisitions in various regions. This individual is also a part of the human resources team and may also perform "generalist" functions such as, but not limited to, candidate onboarding, assisting to orientate the new hire(s), and any duties assigned by HR leadership to help support the HR team. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years coordination or recruiting experience
  • Any experience supporting a rapidly growing operation preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • Has commendable verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to meet assignment goals within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule as per business need

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish a working relationship with the client service managers and client managers in each region to be serviced, including scheduling meetings to review talent, demand, and special needs
  • Establish required preparation actions for each site in the zone/region, including training, access, and human resources requirements, etc.
  • Track Field Support Specialist (FSS) staff’s progress on the preparation activities to ensure full staff availability for placement
  • Receive and manage backfill support requests, including assignment of eligible staff
  • Manage timecard approval process of the FSS ensuring time reporting is accurate, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Gather performance feedback by the backfill’s assigned client support staff, ultimately collaborating with home site client service manager to share performance opportunities
  • Engage third-party providers (i.e., staff and temp agencies) when assignment cannot be filled with FSS
  • Manage the recruiting process for open positions, including reviewing resumes, and collaboration with the home site CSM’s during interviewing and selection steps
  • Ensure promotion of the program is communicated using viable communications channels within the organization
  • Support the FSS program owner and the FSS CSM in any activities to improve the program, including bringing thought leadership to the team to continue to develop the processes and procedures
  • Keep process and procedures documentation current, communicating any updates to the stakeholders; in addition, document any new processes in support of continuous improvement
  • Train the Field Support Staff in the assignment process or any pertain processes associated with the program
