Kristine Anne O. Lopez

Operations Manager – Mailroom 

Kristine joined Drake Business Services Asia (Phils.) Inc. in October 2016. She is responsible for overseeing overall mailroom business and managing service performance, client relationship and optimizing costs and efficiency of continuing operations. Kristine was able to manage key accounts and increase customer satisfaction through process improvement via strategic workforce management integrated with technology solutions.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from University of Santo Tomas. Before joining DBSA, she has 12 years of experience in account management, business development, advertising, public relations and digital marketing. She has worked with clients from both local and international companies and handles key accounts from a diverse range of industry, such as banking & finance, FMCG/retail, pharmaceuticals, IT / BPO, telecommunications, manufacturing and engineering.
